@SWESTGUY, I HAD D SAME PROBLEM WT MY 5310 BT ITS OK NOW DAT I AV D ACCESS POINT SETTINGS FRM MY NETWORK PROVIDER. U need d access point settings for all internet applications. Cal ur customer care. * +

In details call your customer care tell him to activate your internet connection. Now also tell him to send you gprs setting you will recieve it shortly save it and activate as default settings. Restart phone and enjoy. *
