may be this is a cheap move by your operator to increase its customer base by an unethical way i said this is because AIRTEL in india also did that it was not giving away the gprs for free but there ware a numerous different tricks to get free gprs from airtel like using firefox browser etc. So every other person bought airtel sim card and thus airtel became the largest service provider *cont* * +

in india and only operator eligible to merge (actually takeover) mtn in SA and now as they have succeed in what they wanted to be suddenly all tricks are useless even they have increased the rates of gprs plan so wait and watch how many people in your country will get mobitel numbers * +
