Went into an Orange shop today to talk about my upgrade options. I said to the guy, 'I'm due for upgrade in 4 weeks' time. Which handsets are available to me?' ..within 3 minutes the guy was trying to get me to sign up for an extra handset, a laptop, all kinds of extras, and a bunch of other stuff. All I went in there for was a simple answer to a simple question. Which he never did answer. Came home, phoned support, and got much more sense. I can see why phone shops have reputations. *

That's what a reputation is. A persona of somewhere based on rumour. I'm sure there are plenty of phone shops that are warm, inviting, and have pressure-free selling environments, with staff who don't have a holier than thou attitude. ....I've yet to find one though. *
