Ya it's a web browser which user green color as its frame color. Works exactly like opera 3.x ... As all the function which opera 3 has. But it's light in weight and loads webpages quite faster (not faster than om4.2). When you initially start the browser you will be greated with the message *Do u want a update * more info * Download opera 4* etc etc.. Initially i thought onspeed must have made something new because onspeed is a well know name in pc web browser accelerator. I personally onspeed web accelerator. * +

its very simmilar to operamini 4.2,no changes at all except for the green skin,the speed is the same as 4.2,except if moded with fast proxies or server. * +
