Did you upgrade your firmware ? Coz after firmware update you must download games and apps again * +

Proton is correct. If you've recently updated your firmware, then you're only option is to re-download everything. * +

I gues he didn't,as its not in his post,emmy u must follow jupiter and off and on ur phone.if it doesn't work then remove the battery and set it again and swith on ur mobile. * +
