In s40 phone a java app cant access other java file on the phone for security reason and because of its architecture. So modifying java on the phone itself is impossible till date. It can be done on s60 phone though. * +

But i can somehow modify my browsers using some explorers on my s40v3a phone... Coz when an application 4 example operami is converted or renamed into zip file, you can modify it or somehow change images on it and etc... * +

There r some java editing app like midlet class editor.jar to edit strings in the class files, bt i never interest to tried it * +
