U cant download proviti0ning files direct from a site to your phone using built in,or opera or other browser.it is file format unknown and receive nothing,so you need on0ther phone with blutooth or infra to able to transfer the file and to receive prov. Settings.. * +

Choose and dload prov files with rar or zip xtension,after you dload it rename it by .prov by jzipman or mobyexplorer,or others,after renaming the xtension transfer the prov by infra or blutooth to an0ther phone,and you n0w receive the prov settings. * +

Yes fuel is right... I misunderstood.... Btw, if u dont hav any infra or bt, then the only way is to get that from operator or configure it urself.... *
