If you need factory resetting codes, press *hash7780hash then enter your security codes. The default one are 12345 and if you changed them, enter those code you changed to then hit OK. * +

What i said was somebody got hold of my phone and put in a code without me knwing . So knw i cnt reset them cos i dnt knw the code that better ? Lol * +

That person did a bad thing. Ask him the code or torture him to get the code... No other way... Or nokia repair shop will do it for you and also ask that man to pay for the repair .. Bad luck.. * +
