Guys, i tried to play music on my new phone, i keep getting 'no music in library'. If i go to gallery music files and select a track, i can play it but if i wanna use my music player, i keep getting 'no music in library'. Am using nokia 3110c. Pls tell me what to do. * +

I've no idea what could be wrong with your default player, but a good alternative one can be found here... http://sanou2.xtgem.com/ ...look for KD PLAYER in the java apps section. * +

Have u changed those files extension?1st show those files 'details' and 'format' then rename those as their format.Then Restart ur phone or update ur music library. * +

After reading ur post above, I think u are not using any memory card and talking about phone memory.... However, as arafat said, see the names of the songs... The names should end with .mp3 or .m4a or .aac... If those extensions are not there, u have to add those in the file name by renaming with mobyExplorer... * +

am not a dump as* guys, my music file extensions re .mp3 only. When i go to media/music player/ it will now show 'updating library' after a few seconds, it will write 'no music in library'. am using 256mb memory card. i even remove my memory card to try it but getting same thing. But can i minimize KD Player like normal player? * +
