fortunately i have found a group of tools for that u cn use to code on phone.. I hv found Janino which compiles JAVA lang into class files ,not perfect but it works... And group of tool auth*red or ported by Mumey... which is Jasmin assembler,dissassembler2jasmin and preverifier... which is a java bytecode compiler , class file decompiler and a preverifier for class files.. * +
