When i'm browsing the net on my phone, or using an IM app, i don't seem to be able to receive any conventional text messages. Instead, when I come off from using wap i'm hit with a barrage of texts all at once that have been sent to me while i've been on-line. Can anyone give me some advice on how to deal with this? * +

@demon.... U dont need any multi tasking phone to get the facility mentioned above........ And @ya0t.... 1st check if ur message memory is full... I think its a software bug of ur phone(only guessing)... Coz the same problem was encountered in nokia's L'amour series in its early days.... Then it was fixed in their next fw versions... * +

May be ur network not allowing sms s while online check wit ur provider first * +

My message box is never full, i always delete messages after i read them. ..contacted orange today, they said there's ..nothing on their system that shows why this is happening. How do i find out if its a bug or not? My phone (6500c) is 11 months old, if that helps? * +

yea but on all s60 nokias u can browse wap n sametime check your new SMS n go back to the same page without resetting wap. if its that important for the p.w they should just get a s60 init? but i do agree they shouldnt get all the texts altogether in one go after going offline * +
