Yes... I've finally decided 2create this topic... I'm too much bored with those opera problems related messages.... U will not believe that I get at least one private message per day asking 4help regarding opera connection problem.... I've tried my best 2answer them so far but now a days those same messages making things too hot 4me... I know there's a sticky topic of opera mini... But people hardly uses that topic.... So here I'll try 2explain everything possible... * +

Though this topic is only 4opera connection problem but 1st of all, if u r not able 2find out the correct opera mini version of ur phone, then go to this link and download... It will give u the correct version.... http://mini.opera.com .......... Now here comes the main issue of connecting the net with opera.... Opera mini uses a seperate internet profile to connect the network (except some very older versions).... Its called the ACCESS POINT and its totally different from ur normal web settings.... So u need an ACCESS POINT setting to run opera, even if u r able 2browse with ur default browser successfully... So, as u need proper ACCESS POINT setting, there are two ways 2do so... I'm explainig them below.... * +

Process 1........ Call or contact ur service provider's customer care center and ask them the procedure 2get the INTERNET ACCESS POINT setting over the air.... Most service provider's send the settings via SMS after requesting properly with some text codes... If ur service provider sends the setting, save it with the provided PIN code (if required)..... * +

Process 2......... Find out the internet access point name (not the web access point) of ur service provider by searching the net or contacting other users of the same network... If u've somehow collected the APN name, then go2 SETTINGS, CONFIGURATION, PERSONAL CONFIG. SETTINGS and press the OPTIONS- ADD NEW- ACCESS POINT..... Now give any ACCOUNT NAME and in BEARER SETTINGS select the PACKET DATA ACC. PT.(or APN) and write down the access point name that u've collected..... * +

Keep other fields unchanged... Now go back and highlight the setting u've just made and press OPTIONS and select ACTIVATE.... * +

If u've done any of the above process successfully and haven't done any mistake, then from now on, u can browse the net with Opera Mini without any problem..... * +

Note that, some service provider's doesn't have seperate ACCESS POINT for internet and web.... So in that case, u can just follow the Process 2 above and write down the same access point name that is used for the normal web..... And another important thing is, some providers block using 3rd party net browsers like Opera Mini, UCweb, TShark etc... If ur provider hav done so, then u might buy a new service plan or u will not be able to use Opera at all.... * +
