When i browse on wap, or send an mms or email a little 'G' icon comes up on my screen. I always assumed that stood for 3g, or something like that to indicate the cell is connecting to the network. That's all fine, but recently, its been showing as a capital 'E' instead. Nothing seems different about my cell, except that change in letter. Its driving me nuts. What the hell does this magic e stand for? :/ * +

Yao Your service provides has upgraded his network from GPRS to edge ... And e stands for edge as dani postd and g for GPRS

Didn't you notice any speed change?While downloading its more noticeable,btw.Pretty astounding as far as it goes.Atleast the pw glossed over the forum Help section
