I have a Nokia 6500 c I've downloaded a few games but the files are not opening the phone just freezes, I need some help advice to solve this problem. * +

Maybe you've overloaded your phone. Delete some data and try again or switch off the game music before playing a game. * +

I've reset the phone a number of times the phone hasn't got any files on it at all now, the games I had downloaded were from Orange. * +
