Hi . Do any of u knw why my phone keeps turning its self off. Normaly when in music player or wap. Plus it gets sluggish at times to and i get a bar at the bottem of the screen with percentages in it between page loadings to . Cheers for y help * +

This problem usually at software version under v07.01 for 5310xm so just update your software. * +

Thanks . Can i do it with out a p.c. Sum1 said i cudnt . Plus got told that if i update it all my songs of napster will no longer work n they cost way to much to lose them * +

If your songs are on memory card u be ok because u don't need to have it in phone when u do the update, u can do it on pc by downloading the nokia software updater or take it to a nokia service centre and they do it for free. * +
