My screen britness is set 2 da bar that has a mark but i can't get colors it's like black white, when i select da maximum level i can get some colors. So is it a softweare problem or a phone problem..? Phone is 7250i *

It could be either, but I think theres a problem with the phones 'hardware' - the screen might be the only thing thats faulty which is replacable. *
