You need opera mini mod thing to upload from here if not goto some link I don't bother to post again since I did it earlier.Max limit 50mb one click upload thing and whatever no need to register as such whatever who cares http://upload.megashare.net disable images if you're idiotic enough to open it via default browser. 
Want something more challenging..a teeny tweeny search did the thing frankly. * +

U will never get a fully secured and trusted file host in free..... All those free file hosting wap sites are not trustable as they can remove their server anytime..... The only way to securely upload a file is to open ur own account in a trusted file hosting site, but u hav2 pay for that...... * +

Hmmm.... Can I send files via email to my own or others address and download them(files) from my/his/her inbox.Once I did it but couldn't download/save the file in my phone.Can anyone explain me how can i do it? * +

Email account is relatively much safer.... You can upload some important files in ur account.... But the only problem is, u will not get a direct link of the files which is very important for submitting the link in ur site.... The only way to download them is, login to ur account via opera official and download the files in ur phone.... I've also uploaded some of my very important files in my gmail account and I can download them any time..... * +
