You need to take it to nokia how old is it If its under one year they'll do it for free unless you brough extre one year warranty then it'l cost you nothing but after that in oz nokia charge 35 to look at it and what ever to flash it, i have had a phone shop tell me it would cost 60 to do it * +

If your phone wont turn on its because of a software problem you will need a software upgrade, you could always ring nokia and get a price off them so you'll no how much it'll cost before you go there and or ring a phone shop one that does repairs * +

When you flash phone, it reset da phonez software to new again, but it wearz itz system *
