They r supposed to be installed befor manuf. Device i dont think fact settings soft update ll install them again u may need to pay som bucks not sure contact nokia cc * +

Restoring factory settings deletes all user certificates.... And once deleted, u cant get them back unless u update ur firmware... But dont worry, there's a unsigned version of OM4.2.... Go to my site.... * +
