Yes kart..... There are two types of certificate used in nokia phones... One called Authority Certificate and the other is User Certificate..... If u restore factory settings, all the user certificates will be deleted, but authority certs will not be deleted..... * +

Jup U wer supposed to say pw deleted authority cert(built in) from device which can be done in old phones only and not user cer tat s why i wondered som one using user cert * +
