Hi, i have filexplorer and have removed most of the free content that came with my phone, yay. But some files still remain like some alert tones and some themes, thier marked as read only, is there anyway to remove these? Its not important as i have a memory card but if there is a way to clean up my phone from these files i would be very grateful

Very humble and gentle language.... Btw, some contents of the phone is READ ONLY, as u said... So u cannot delete them with any java application. You can only delete those files with a PC and a proper software.... * +

But what would happen if default theme is removed 
will it not affect the performance of your phone ? * +

Thank you jupiter2, i thought as much, would i be able to do this with the disc that came with my phone, it is a 6300... As for any file that is default i would not touch, but there are other .nth .acc files which are not, and would just like to free up some space

No it wont tat theme dont occupy any memory in phone and u cant see those i m talking about original nokia thme built in. Direct deletion not possible som mi8 not visible at all lik black.nth when u upgrade phone soft * +

No, iv had to use filexplorer to do most of them, its just a few files that remain, but its them files that are taking up most of my phones memory, about 2mb in all, like i said its not a problem as i have a memory card, it would just be nice to clean up wasted memory space on my phone! * +

There r som themes and tones stored in phone cant be deleted also as jup said and use mobi mb soft to get rid of tat as mabus said not working for me though * +
