Its an IMEI no., dial in *#06# on a nokia and it will give you the no! Input the data on the java unlocker and it will give you an unlocking code to unlock that noika onto whatever network you want! Cool eh? Apart from i aint found one that actually works yet!! * +

Dont be daft do not download a dct3 it does not unlock 95% of phones.Daniel99 dont know who told you that but they must be winding you up fugees even though your phone is already unlocked, the app is handy to keep if you want to get another phone unlocked.
