You need to take it to nokia...they'll reflash it coz you've got a corrupt software. Btw leave the battery out for a day, that helps in some rare cases. *

Don't matter bout warranty, consumer goods act states that anything u buy shud last a reasonable amount of time without failing. Threaten them wi trading standards n c if they will repair 4 free. *
