Many forum say nokia 6030 can play mp3 and amr tones. But it does not play on my nokia 6030 . Can any one tell me why? Can it be played using any java mp3 or so what please reply . Thanks in advance for reply. * +

Only 6030b supports mp3.You can update your firmware to 6030b in your nearest nokia cc center. * +

I dont think its possible its related to hardware issue on the otr hand u can convert 6030b to 6030 easily by filtering dual band not sure though otr way around * +

firmware is the software version of the phone and also the operating system of it.Don't ask what software and operating systems are,cause I won't tell you.And update your firmware from www.nokia-asia.com you need a pc,else you can't update firmyard online. * +
