recently i take some videos from my friend via bluetooth.. and the videos goes to received files folder at phone memory.. but when i tried to open the folder my phone get restarted.. i open moby n file xplorer to find out if i can delete the files from there but i dont find the received files folder.. how can i solve this problem? * +

Check your phone memory consumption wheater the file exists or not. Then remove the memory card and try2 access that folder. * +

i have tried it all.. remove the mmc.. reset factory.. but my probs aint gone.. the files still in received files folder and it shows 5.3mb there.. * +

I dont think theres any app which can access that folder try changing the view of the folder to grid and slowly try to open or else connect to nokia pc suite wit pc *
