A phone cannot download a file continuously.... It divides the file into several parts and receives it as some packets of data as kart said..... Each packet contains 32-512KB's of data.... And those packets are again divided into small data streams for downloading as 4-12kb's (varies with phones)..... Opera mini mod's hav a time out limit and when it overtakes the packet limit, it displays error.... * +
