My phone is 6020, unfortunately,..the firmware version is not support mp3 format (my version v04.50)...so please help me how 2 convert mp3 format 2 amr,but not upgrage firmware... * +

I don't think even pc suit can do it.......cause amr is for 'audio media recording' .... I guess ..... * +

No mabu, the amr means Adaptive Multi-Rate ACELP Codec. (ACELP = Algebraic Code Excited Linear Prediction). This audio format is specially designed for voice(human) compressing. * +
