hi all i have problem with my phone my phone is nokia 6220 and my my blance damage without any cause and i call customers care and him say you have a viruse in you're phone but i haven't any antiviruse to my phone *

the customer service person u spoke to needs to be fired. i forgot what model phone that is u have but if its truly s40 then i doubt a virus could make that problem. i dont understand how u mean by balance damaged? u mean your balance disappeared? either someones used your phone without permission or u used up the balance yourself or there is a network fault or u have signed up to a service that *

lol there IS a virus for s40 but it cant actually be called a virus, its a application which sends out sms BUT it isnt a virus, i'm just saying there is a application which does this, not knowing if you really have it. . . .but i still agree this cc guy needs to be fired *
