when u get a new phone and @ times in the memory card u get few videos already in there, i just got 6500 slide and the 2videos have a ? and says unknown format. i hope my phones ok lol but it play 3gp fine so im guessing those vids @ memory card are mp4 vids yea that it dont seem to support. *
