I DONT kno if money is the deciding factor!! Coz i was with s60 for last 3years. NGage, then 6630, next E50 and lastly E60. I dont think money but SPEED, LESS COMPLEX, DOESNT HANG.. and s40 5th ed FP-1 is quite quite good. But i suppose the speed and easy to use is the main reason friends:) * +

its obvious. People who prefer or use s40 phones like the prices, the simplicity of them as they are or tend to be much user friendly n s40 offers the basic needs of a mobile phone. It would basically 'do' for them. As for freezing or slowing down or viruses... If u know what your doing then u can avoid all that on s60. * +

also i think size or designs have become an issue as many s40 phones tend to be more lightweight, compact n slim. * +

am lucky enuff to hav s60 and s40 fones n i much prefer s40 wudnt buy a brick n73 again * +

An s40 is more afordable and has all the basic stuff i need and 4 my job i need a phone that fits easyly in my pocket *
