6230 is part of the nokia s40 series. The 6 at the beginning of the phone number has nothing to do with the series of the phone. So yes you are in the correct forum, here in s40. Do a search here for 6230i and you will find lots of information about that phone. But its getting on in years now and you would be better off looking at the 6300, 6500 and music express feature phones. * +

Thanks. Im kinda having a hard time on decidhng what sort of phone to buy, but id prefer it so that it'd fit the same memory card im using at the moment. Its a MMC. * +

i dont no any new phones that use the old mmc format but memory cards have come down a lot in prices and also you may find the store offers you a discount on it if you were to buy your new phone at the same time. * +

i got memory card 500mb, its same shape as mmc fits lovely in my 6230i, but breaks into half size and fits in to n70 nicely. does that kind of memory card fit in 6300? *
