First you should subscribe to packet data connection go to connectivity and packet data setting and click always online you should see a g symbol on screen without it you cant go in any site * +

No one can help you by text, Coz there is many probable reasons of your problem and ur information is too simple. My suggestion is, take your phone to your operators customer care center. * +

My youth me is a poor man an if take my phone to them to fix it them ago charge me so the only way me take my phone down there is if no one here can help me fix it ! *
