I have a software problem on my 6288 which makes it that i cannot use the camera on my phone or watch video clips on it. Does anyone know how to fix this without me having to send it away to nokia for ten weeks n having to pay lots of money? Any help would b appreciated. X *

check nokia website about firmware or software upgrading. if your model is compatible then all u need is a data cable. *
