You can use pc suite or add the modem manually. * +

Download pc suite for your phone,or install it from the installation cd that came with your phone.When you connect the cable after installation.Windows should recognise it and install the modem automatically if it does not then go to control panel then add it there....If you need any clarity please ask... * +
