Well actually only certain mini opera in 6030 needs access point in order to work. Mini opera 3.1 does doesn't need access point but mini opera 4.0 beta does. The thing is when u first start the application the app searches for the best possible configuration to use so if the Wap settings is the one working then it uses that one,if igprs is the best connection then it uses that. *
