i had 6230 which use to run all the internet applications like opera mini with 'wap' connection, but my 6230i needs an 'internet gprs' connection to use these applications... so now i wanna downgrade the firmware of my 6230i... which one would u suggest? so i can use all the applications with wap connection, just like 6230. * +

U r not makin much sense coz as far as i knw yur 'wap' connection runs off gprs via ur ntwrk so wat does 'internet gprs' means??? * +

internet gprs is a full fledged internet service which u can use on pc, if u connect ur phone as a modem... and wap is usually slower one. well i have no idea whether ur service provider gives u these options. * +

My fon uses packet data 4 gprs moderm.i first hav 2 create am acess point to use such apps.try makin an aces point in ur configuration setings. U shud name it INTERNET. * +
