Iv got an old sim that i need the number out of but its got security code and pin code. I need this phone number urgent. Is there a way to reset codes or put contacts on my phone without knowing the codes * +

Im not 100percent sure but i think the only way to bypass the codes is by entering the PUK code. If the sim cards registerd then call your network and ask them for your PUK code. I know thats the only way to get a locked sim to work again * +

@sam the mastercode only works on blocked phones its the sim card that purrrs trying to get access to. @purrr you can check your networks homepage for a PUK code generator aswell, they might not have it on their site but i know that o2 have one on thier site * +

Yep....enter ur PUK code,and then ur ph0ne ask u for a new PIN...simple as that....on Orange they have on Self Care an opti0n where u can find ur PUK code * +

Whats your mobile manufacturer and model? To reset your phone, use Master reset code. You can get it from any of the online vendors like [link]http://www.unlock-free.com/[/link]. Here, they provide code for old model Nokia DCT and Alcatel phones. * +

as this all happened SEVEN bloody years ago, I doubt she still needs the number as urgently 
but offering help unlocking a phone is not of least bit useful !! * +
