go into settings and choose reset factory settings. You will lose anything stored on the phone. Alertnatively your phone may need a firmware update. Take it to your nearest Dr Nokia to check whether a later firmware exists for your phone. * +

There isnt a new firmware update 4 my phne availble yet,and i try 2 reset my phne bt it stil does the same even after the reset * +
