Without any question 6300 EXCEPT for the battery life. Uses the very old BL-4C battery which I first came across many years ago in my 6100. Was absolutely fine in that phone but this one is at least a hundred times more advanced. Battery life is cr*p, but not too hot in the 6230i either. Spare battery obvious solution and spec wise just no comparison or competition. *
