It must be some kind of standards agency that approves phones before theyr released but as with most new technoligy theres bound to be a few bugs in the system, you can always try updating your firmware from the nokia site using your cable and the new firmware tends to try and straighten out any bugs from the previous version but if you dont have a pc then you will have to pay to get it done *
