There is no way to set ir by yourself. I don't know exactly, but i think that new phones like this automaticaly detects IP settings from access point or something. If i am wrong, somebody, please write the right answer * +

Have you tried creating a new access point and entering the network settings manualy? I dont know if this will make a diffrence with your phone but i know thats how i had to do it with my other phones bcoz it wouldnt allow me to edit the settings that had been sent to my phone by my network * +

u cant create ur own ip but go to settings configuration settings and select ur settings there if u wana run applications like m.X.i.T u must select personal config and create a acces point and it must be the apn of ur provider *
