I was using my 6280 in camera mode when i dropped it. It wouldn turn on or off for a little while. Once it did turn off ,i turned it back on and now im getting the message to format memory card. Im sure i formated it before i even saved anything to the card a few weeks ago. I cant afford to lose any of my photos as there of my baby ect. Can anyone please kindly suggest what i can do . Take off the memory card and put in another phone, then you'll know it's not corrupt if it works properly on another phone. Then you can get your phone fixed. Or vice-versa, Put a different memory card that is working properly in your phone, if it asks for format, then you'll know your phone is corrupt. If it doesn't, it means the other memory card is corrupt. * +

Take mem card out and replace mite work try it also wipe the gold bits with a soft cloth * +
