my gf has a 6101 and every time she downloads a mp3 the phone reset itsef even the default mp3 tones. Any suggestions, the phone was sent to nok doc twice but didnt sort the prob. Tnx * +

Reset your phone(Restore factory settings) and try to play MP3, if that doesn't work, get it flashed. It could be a software problem. * +
