that can be a reason too... when someone has either lost or found a phone with a security lock... thats it... not even blocked/blacklisted. my bro found a 3120 in that situation once.

Does these codes change the security? How does one the security when u found a phone with a security? What must i do 2 unlock it n change it? * +
