I have downloadead a transparent logo for ma nokia 6020,the problem is it appears a question mark instead of a logo.Worse enough i try to download da nokia blank logo but upon saving it da phone shut down and then it turn on itself without acceptin it.And it does the same 2 any kind of a logo!!Plz if sum1 knowz how 2 get rid of this,i need sum help!!! * +

I know wheres the prob.I have it on my 3220.Write new software to your phone...I think its the only way to fix that d*mn thing

Usualy the question mark on your fone means its an unsupported file format you can try this one if u want http://www.gmayer.net/oplogo/blank.asp#exit * +

Unfortunately i got the same problem. When u say rewrite software? What do you mean? And i saw a code somewhere to reset the whole phone and remove this logo bug. But didnt try it..I doesn't want to reset my phone back to the day it was born.. Lol . To much informatio to loose * +
