Been there n done that ! Had the same fault with 4 6230s in a row last yr ... the ONLY WAY 2 cure it is 2 get it flashed i.e a software upgrade ... free if the handset is under a yr old ! The only way 2 save ur downloads pix etc is 2 load em on2 the memory card * +

As far as i c u got 3choices. Live wit the ? sign,flash the phone or reset it. But i think doing the 2nd an 3rd one will erase all your info so just pick one * +

OOPS ! meant 2 add that ... tried the factory reset 2 ... all that does is deletes the little yellow box with the ? in ... then wen u go in2 menu n try switching the op logo on it says theres no logo stored ... so u try 2 download it again all u get is the stop/error screen ... * +

Y d heck do u'll ppl dont understand ? There is no way out of this except flashing ur fone. As far as info is concerned just upload it on www.wap-upload.net then save it in ur mail box thru ur pc * +
