How much will they charge me to make sim ristriction off.I use cell c and when go to jozi my phone just looses the network and when i go to settingsoperator selection and i select cell the phone says no network access.And i have to insert sim to anothe cell n cal.After i take da sim back to my phone n the network will be back.I have tried to unlock 5 times the phone says:cannot undo restriction *
