Hmmm so wat u saying u want to b an admin? Preventing u from posting imei is for your own safety,posting links is advertising: how would u like to have a site an ppl posting links to other sites? Eventually ppl will stop visiting your site for dloads an stuff. Ppl get notice by helping out others not by o much links they can post. * +

Is it posible to change some1 imei?Yes, posible (n dct3 thru com. Only). How about dct4?Yes. (by changing a micro chips). How about blocking ur imei in a network?Yes(but owner of networks arent idiot to simply block w/o reason).How about the hackers?(they wont waste ther time in 10dollar imei) * +
