Dont know which phone u using leesa18 is it 6230i? S60 Symbian phones usualy say contact retailer when have major prob ,with them phone formatt usualy cure problem.but its not possible formatt s40 type fone so if *#7780# factory default and remove mmc make no difference it prob needs flash with new software. *
