Thnk Nokia didnt put enuf work on da design of 6233... Too bad cuz the features r just wat i need, nt more nt less... As a result am sticking 2 my 6230i evn tho am tempted by the xtras 6233 has such as the screen size, the quality of the cam, video, sound... wat otha Nokia s40 wud av da same performance bt luk a bit mre classy? * +

6280? Although i think that the 6233 isn't such a bad looking phone especially when compared to the 6230i a little squarer and bigger rather than the old 'coffin' shape. My complaint about the 6233 is... 3g but where's the front camera for video calling? * +

Well you haven't really specified what you don't like about the design. Understated is how I would describe it which is just what I like (I don't do flash! lol). Video calling, well, who actually USES it?, especially at the price of calls (good for phone sx I guess, though!) I think it's a real class phone for the price, no question. * +

@geoneil, dnt need 3g nor video call since they r nt activated by the operator wher i live...
@climax, i thnk wat i mostly dnt like abt the design is being 2 conservative n avin the look of the low budget nokias (such as 6010 or 6080 if am nt wrng)... It luks mre like a remote control! Lol * +

6280 is an eventual alternative actually, n fact it was designed by nokia 2 beat the 6230i as i read in some review... Is 6288 the same phone? * +
